Thriller, Young Adult

Dear Killer by Katherine Ewell

She hasn’t even graduated from high school yet, and already, she has killed more than 50 people, all without leaving a trace of evidence behind. It’s a craft the Perfect Killer has learned from her mother, who preceded the daughter with multiple kills of her own. Most of the victims are anonymous, but what is the young assassin going to do when she is obliged to kill one of her friends? Once you can get past the preposterous premise of this YA thriller, it’s a pretty thoughtful introspection of nihilistic morality and teenage angst.
